- Get advice on work, study balance for a holistic education
- Gain professional insights and industry knowledge from your seniors
- Build a professional network even before graduation
- Help build a culture of ‘SITizenship’ by connecting with seniors who have graduated
- All students enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours of communication with your mentor on a regular basis, including but not limited to email, phone, and face-to-face meetups
- Actively participate in Mentoring Programme events

During my experience mentoring both my mentees, I was able to learn about their lives and how they dealt with their problems. I felt that it was an enriching experience for me as a mentor to be able to learn from them as well.
I highly recommend our current and future SIT Alumni to participate in this program simply because there is so much opportunity to learn both as a mentor and as a mentee.
