Rally Your Crew: Tug of War and Telematch Are Back at SITizen Day
16 October 2026 | 10.30am – 10.00pm | SIT Punggol Campus
Remember the cheers at Campus Court last year? This SITizen Day, it’s your turn to take on the challenge.
Whether you’re testing your team’s strength in Tug of War or racing through a series of fun-filled Telematch stations, there’s plenty to look forward to. Open to alumni and students, each competition offers up to $1,000 in prize money per team, along with the chance to reconnect, compete and create new memories together.
Gather a team of five to seven, whether it’s your old project group, CCA buddies or colleagues who are fellow SITizens, and head back to campus for a day of friendly competition.
One Rope. Two Teams. Endless Bragging Rights.
Tug of War is a classic test of strength, teamwork and determination, and it’s open to everyone in the SIT community. Whether you’re aiming for the top prize or simply looking for a reason to get together with friends, this is your chance to pull your way to victory.
Last year’s champions, led by Tan Zhi Heng Andy (Class of 2027), credited their win to strong team spirit and regular training. For Andy, the highlight wasn’t just taking home the title, but competing alongside teammates with the crowd cheering them on. This year, the title is up for grabs once again. Think your team has what it takes?

Brains, Banter and Teamwork: Take on the Telematch
Not the tug-of-war type? Telematch is all about communication, creativity and coordination. Your team will race through four challenge stations, with the fastest crew walking away with the top prize.
Photo Pose Challenge: Recreate Wacky Poses and Capture the Perfect Shot
Your team will work together to recreate a series of mystery poses using only verbal instructions. Accuracy and speed are the keys to success.
Blind Builder Relay: Build Blind, Communicate Fast
One teammate builds blindfolded while the rest guide from a designated zone. Clear communication and teamwork are the keys to recreating the target structure before the clock runs out.
More Surprises Await…
We’re keeping the details of the remaining two challenges under wraps for now. Expect a mix of teamwork, quick thinking and surprises along the way.

And once the competitions are over, stay on to enjoy everything else SITizen Day has to offer. Browse the flea market, catch the evening performances by Denise Teo (SUPERCATKEI), Rangga Jones and brb., and reconnect with fellow alumni at the SIT Alumni Homecoming from 6.00pm onwards.
