Alumni Reunion @ Sunset Cinema
🎞️ The SIT Advancement and Alumni (A&A) division organised its first ever Alumni Reunion @ Sunset Cinema event on Tanjong Beach – Sentosa! 🏖️ Together with Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema, 💦 it sure was a huge splash of fun getting together and meeting fellow alumni, catching the sunset and movie under the stars (and rain) 🤪
Nevertheless, it was a fun experience and when life gives you lemons … 😜 🍋

Alumni Leisure Network: Street Photography
We had the opportunity to collaborate with Glin Gwee @glingwee, a SIT alumnus from the Glasgow School of Arts (GSA) for our latest leisure workshop 📸 Glin shared tips and techniques involved in Street Photography and also took fellow alumni on a simple guided photo walk ☀️

The inaugural SIT Alumni Mentoring Networking Night happened at @1levelupsg and it sure was a night of fun, laughs and get-togetherness 🤩 In its 3rd year running with over 6 mentoring cycles, this networking night was the perfect opportunity for all mentors and mentees to meet, catch up and of course build new connections 🥳

Alumni Leisure Network: Craft Chocolate Tasting & Appreciation Workshop
🍫 Yummm! Conducted by chocolate maker Lemuel Chocolate @lemuelchocolate our latest leisure workshop saw alumni learning all about the bean-to-bar chocolate process, sampling the different flavours and creating their own tasting notes based on the various chocolate flavour profiles 🎨🖌️
Definitely gives a new perspective on the humble cocoa bean! 🫘

Inter-Cluster Games 2023
Did you take part in the Inter-Cluster Games (ICG) this year? It was 🔥
This year’s ICG saw alumni returning to represent their respective clusters and participate in Futsal, Basketball, Captain’s Ball, Cuesports, Dodgeball and Mobile Legends with current students 👾🎱 Talk about joining forces 💪🏼 … and indeed it was for the Engineering cluster, who clinched overall champion this year, lifting the Provost Cup! 🏆 Can we get a whoop-whoooooop!!!
We also had a special treat for all alumni at the ICG 2023 – their very own personalised SIT alumni water bottle… you got to stay hydrated while being a champ! 💦🎖️

Hey! Guess what`s been happening with the SIT Civil Engineering Alumni Group! 🤩

Alumni Mentor
During my experience mentoring both my mentees, I was able to learn about their lives and how they dealt with their problems. I felt that it was an enriching experience for me as a mentor to be able to learn from them as well.
I highly recommend our current and future SIT Alumni to participate in this program simply because there is so much opportunity to learn both as a mentor and as a mentee.
