The SIT Alumni Mentoring Programme is organised by the SIT Advancement & Alumni (A&A) Division and supported by SIT Office of SITizen, with participation from SITizen Ambassadors.
A&A will be matching Alumni Mentors with Student Mentees, as well as organising events where mentors and mentees can interact and get to know each other.
Friendly SITizen Ambassadors will be participating as facilitators. A SITizen Ambassador will be assigned to each Mentor/Mentee pair at the beginning of the programme.

During my experience mentoring both my mentees, I was able to learn about their lives and how they dealt with their problems. I felt that it was an enriching experience for me as a mentor to be able to learn from them as well.
